Country Boys Turned Psychedelic Rockers
Garrett Freeze (20), Erik Rathke (21) and Chad Courier (47) started Cosmic Hillbilly Experience in 2021. The guys grew up in North Carolina where they were inspired by bluegrass, country, and rock music. Their music is genre-bending and includes many elements of southern rock and jam bands of the 70's. In 2021 the boys released their first album “Night Sky”. In 2022 Erik Rathke joined the band to play the keyboard. The boys then dropped their second album “Reflections“. OUT NOW!!!

The band plays at bars, local eateries, festivals, weddings, and more across the tar heel state and surrounding areas. We'd love to meet you so swing on by our next gig!
